The price you pay for the products will be based on what is currently displayed on the website and does include GST (unless otherwise stated).
We accept payments for products using credit card or online debit card.
Stone & Joinery Solutions will arrange delivery of goods and you will be required to pay for the freight cost. Any delivery date we advise is an estimate only
Once you have received the products, you need to ensure you inspect them for freight damage and notify us within 24 hours. Failure to do this within the time frame will mean the freight company will not take any responsibility.Alternatively, if the incorrect stock or quantity has been delivered, we require notice within 7days.
If you need to cancel an order with us, please let our team know immediately. If your order of product has been dispatched from our premises, we may not be able to accept the cancellation and payment will still be required.
If you decide to return products you have ordered incorrectly, or that are no longer required, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.You will also be responsible for the freight cost in returning the product to us. Return requests will need to be in writing within 30 days from dispatch of goods from Stone & Joinery Solutions premises. We will inspect the returned stock on receipt and confirm it is still in saleable condition prior to issuing a refund. An original order receipt or email confirmation is required for all returns.
